Thermoforming is a production technique with attractive customer-specific possibilities. The mold for your thermoformed product is cost-effective to manufacture or modify. This keeps your investment costs within limits. Furthermore, thanks to our 24/7 production, your products – in medium and large quantities – are available for quick delivery.

Injection molding

You choose strong, stable, reusable
We recommend injection molding

Even more so than thermoforming, injection molding offers maximum possibilities to give plastic products the desired shape: in terms of shapes, colors, thicknesses, and strength. The development costs for a mold are relatively high. Injection molding is therefore primarily used for products in large volumes, products that are used frequently, and/or products with a heavier load and/or higher accuracy.

Materials

The primary raw material for our injection molded products is the highly recyclable plastic PP (also known as polypropylene). We process this as virgin material and as regenerate. In addition, we process HDPE, ABS, PC, LDPE, PA6, POM, TPU, and TPE.

Are you looking for more logistical flexibility
We offer suitable solutions

Within our purchasing agreement, we also think along with you regarding logistics. Our production is set up so that we can regularly deliver various products directly from stock.
