To strengthen our team, we are looking for machine operators who like to roll up their sleeves, take responsibility, and take pride in their work. Experience in a similar role is a plus, but we find motivation and dedication just as important.
What you will do
As an operator, you play an important role within our production process. You ensure that our machines run optimally and monitor the quality of our products. You will work in a 3-shift rotation within a committed and hands-on team.
- Starting up and converting machines;
- Placing the correct molds and raw materials;
- Monitoring the quality of the production process;
- Identifying, preventing, and resolving malfunctions;
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth production process.
