Smart tray replaces thousands of pots. Less plastic, more efficiency

Together with a leading grower of trees and shrubs, we developed an innovative tray solution that simplifies his processes while simultaneously reducing the ecological footprint.

Instead of the classic 9 cm square pots, the grower switched to a custom injection-molded tray with smart design features. The result:
✔️ approximately 30 tons less plastic waste per year,
✔️ faster processing and handling,
✔️ and reduced storage and transport volume..

Following a first successful delivery for his 130-hectare nursery, a second order soon followed. Recently, we had the pleasure of delivering another full truckload of trays.

The grower achieved a clear efficiency gain, is fully convinced of the product, and views it as a permanent solution within his business operations. The reactions from his customers are also particularly positive.
